In Greek: σάλτσα μουστάρδας, pronounced SAHLT-sah moo-STAR-thahs
Try this as a dressing on salads, with vegetables, and as a chicken marinade. It's very easy to make, and stores well in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- 3 3/4 cups of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 7/8 cups of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 5 tablespoons of prepared mustard
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tightly fitting lid. Shake until well blended and use.
Store in the refrigerator, shaking well before each use.
