Greek coffee is very finely ground, which can make it awkward to handle. One site visitor offers a quick tip to manage the powder:

"When I buy a big container of coffee, I pour some into a nice container for the kitchen table. With a knife I cut a corner slit in the foil which seals the big plastic container and with it I create an instant funnel and the coffee never spills all over the table. It is really very easy and neat."
