Note: A cup of the meat mixture can be reserved to use as filling in the center of the ring.

• Blanch the Grape Leaves
• Make the Meat, Rice, and Cheese Loaf Filling
• Line the Tube Pan with Grape Leaves
• Spoon in the Filling
• Fold in Grape Leaves to Cover
• Unmold the Loaf and Serve!
