Peppers

The peppers we use in Greece are basically the same as peppers used in other countries. From the sweeter bell peppers to pimientos to bull's horn to hot red peppers, they all find a home in Greek foods. Marinated pepperoncini (not shown) are also favorites for both cooking and garnishes.
