Start with Blanched Grape Leaves

Stuffed grape leaves, are Greek favorites. Once you get the hang of it, stuffing and rolling are easy to do, and even the kids can help out.

First, pick your recipe and get everything ready to go.

Place the leaf shiny side down on a clean work surface. If there is a stem, cut it off and discard. (Most commercially sold grape leaves have had the stems removed.)
