A quick and easy dish, this is best when using a crusty loaf of bread cut in thick slices.

- 8-10 thick slices of crusty bread
- 1/2 pound of margarine or butter
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine margarine (or butter), garlic, and salt in the blender and pulse until mixed. Spread on slices of bread and toast in the oven, directly on the rack, at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
