Fold the phyllo sheet in half, the long way. Using 1/4 of the salmon and leek mixture, place it one inch from the folded edge of the dough, running down the length of the phyllo sheet.

Fold the phyllo in across the ends of the roll as shown, and fold the phyllo over the filling.
