This recipe is for four meal- or snack-sized phyllo pies.
- 1 pound of cooked, flaked salmon
- 7 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 of a leek (use both green and white parts), chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of Greek oregano (rigani)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
