Make the Filling
Filling for Salmon & Leek Phyllo Pie

This recipe is for four meal- or snack-sized phyllo pies.

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of cooked, flaked salmon
  • 7 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 of a leek (use both green and white parts), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek oregano (rigani)
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
