Bravo! Excellent recipe! I love pasta salads but don’t like the mayo or oily dressings that accompany them and this is a wonderful alternative to those high fat dressings. Adding those wonderful greek flavors that I grew up with makes this even better. I altered the recipe a bit and used non-fat greek yogurt and non-fat sour cream but the taste was still fantastic. I’d recommend the full flavor of imported greek feta (“real” feta) over the plasticky cheaper stuff though, if it is available.

Delicious. And a great way to use some of the basil and mint I grew this year. Made 1/2 the recipe and it made more than enough for two meals for my husband and me…with some crusty bread and a glass of red wine. Yum!
