Grilled Pork Burgers

Before the "mad cow" scare a few years ago, Bobby Bounakis made his burgers with a combination of ground beef and pork; then he changed the recipe. The new recipe, using just the ground pork, was so fabulous that he left it alone and it has become famous in my little village and surrounding areas. Cook on the barbecue or under the broiler.

Not big on pork? Try the classic Greek beef burger instead.
